CEO & Leadership Peers & Employees at Corporate, Plants, Project Sites
o Develop new ideas of communication that are in line with our core values
o Create engaging messaging and content for Marketing, Branding, stakeholder communication.
o Collaborate with top brass to develop strategic brand development
o Define research plan and methodologies for various categories including VOC, brand, Social impact of projects, customer pain points, etc.
o Curate stories from within to create powerful messaging and dissemination - project cases studies, CEO Communication including Thought leadership articles, media briefs, product launch scripts etc.
o Identify, evaluate & hire partners. Work closely with external agencies to channelize messages & communication - PR, Film makers, creative agency & fabricator etc.
o Design/Participate in campaigns, events, expositions, conclave.
o Work with Public Policy Cell to create advocacy cases
o Engage with functions to understand their priorities and help them communicate across the organization through planned campaigns
o Design innovative campaigns and create rituals within Company to enable greater participation and improved communication Essential
o Excellent business writing skills
o Knowledge about Power Transmission & distribution Industry
