Education: Graduate/MBA with basic understanding of IT and Marketing
Joining Location: Noida
Experience: 6-12 years


PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must have 6-12 years of sales experience in web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing projects acquisition & closing.
  • Sound technical knowledge of advanced web/mobile/digital marketing technologies trending today.
  • Ability to target new business opportunities in software/mobile/web development (US/UK markets) through different channels such as online bidding portals /social media etc. Must be a hunter!
  • Exhibit sound business acumen, must understand project requirements and prepare high level proposals, pre-sales discussions, negotiation, closing the sale and handing over the client to the delivery team.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare messaging with a consultative approach.
  • Need to be flexible with working hours when required.
  • Able to propose project budgeting to the client to avoid or limit scope creep.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, ability to assess problems and produce practical solutions.

DESIRED SKILLS


  1. Must have excellent communication and English language skills - written and verbal
  2. Experience of using MS Dynamics, Sales Force ( or similar) , LinkedIn and other sales tools.
  3. Hands on proficiency with MS Office
  4. Experience & knowledge about US market, different time zones & demographics
  5. Willing to work in US timings
